Music: Robots Are People, Too

Robots Are People, Too. This is one of my favorite Belles songs. It was written while I was on brief hiatus with the band, and Benny Solberg plays bass on it (line written by Dave Matters, I believe). I played the very Cure-ish keyboard line over the top, and also our makeshift percussion contraption at the extended end section of the song. In spite of the fact that I had little to do with the song, I always looked forward to playing it. It’s a big dumb pop song, and always left me with the image of cherry sucker and bright pink feathers glued to a saw-blade.
